WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENT POWERS OF THE PHOLLIPINE JUDICIARY? EXPLAIN BRIEFLY
According to the 1987 Constitution, Article VIII, Section 5, the Supreme Court exercises the following powers: Exercise jurisdiction over cases affecting amassadors, other pulic ministers and consuls, and over petitions for certiorari, prohibition, mandamus, quo warranto, and habeas corpus.
